Our president Thomas Raffaele made yet another trip (our third in fall 2022) with items donated for the women and children at the King's Inn homeless shelter. Remember, every action makes a difference, possibly changing someone or their children's whole future course!

Heeding the call of Queens Borough President to plant a "Million More Trees", we cataloged the locations of and sent (via their site here you can use too) the locations of 30 plots in our neighborhood that are sitting dormant, and could use a tree!
We're hopeful they're approve as many as possible, and reach their goal for a "Million More Trees" in the city by 2030—for climate change curbing (literally), making the area look better, and improving air quality.
